Craigtoun Country Park lies just two miles from the centre of St. Andrews. Within its 16.5 hectares are a range of attractions - miniature railway, boating pond, bowling and putting greens, children's play area and more - all set within the attractive surroundings of tree, shrub and grass areas. Fife Rangers Service also has a Centre here, to help visitors learn more about the environment. If visitors don't want to picnic, there is a cafeteria within the park. The facilities including the café are only available from Easter until late September. Payment is made at the park gate and thereafter all activities are free. During summer there are the following activities:
Boating, Train Adventure, Play area Bouncy Castle, Trampolines, Bowling, Putting, Crazy Golf.
Besides the Cafeteria, there is a shop and also a Countryside Centre. The park has three toilet blocks - two with disabled and two with baby changing facilities
