Horse riding Fife

Fife is an ideal area for horse riding and pony trecking.Tentsmuir Forest near St Andrews has well maintained paths for hacking and pony rides. If you use Kinshaldy Riding Stables lessons are available to both novice and more experienced riders. Lessons can be arranged one to one or in groups to match your ability. General horsemanship, dressage or jumping can also be arranged. Riding hats will be provided.

Kinshaldy Horse Riding Stables

Kinshaldy Horse riding stables are situated in Fife in 4500 acres of Scottish Forest. A network of tracks and bridleways leads through the forest and alongside miles of sandy beach. Kinshaldy can be reached by car twenty minutes from St Andrews or about fifteen minutes from our Cottages in Lower Largo. The forest has much wildlife including deer, red squirrels and buzzards. Hacks and pony rides can be arranged arround the forest or lessons for the raw beginner.
